Kaylu IT Solutions regularly conducts random audits on their registered resellers to ensure that they are not only compliant with all regulations, but that they continue to conduct themselves in an ethical manner, which does not in any way jeopardize Kaylu IT Solutions and their other resellers.

It is unfortunate that during our latest audit, some irregularities were found, and after further investigation from Kaylu IT Solutions management, the Reseller (V-Internet Solutions based in Villiersdorp) was requested to kindly rectify these contraventions, and comply fully within the Reseller agreement (as signed between Kaylu and any prospective Reseller)

As of the 9th of March, the Reseller had still not complied as instructed, and on contacting the reseller in order to request that they cease all Internet Related Activity, the reseller responded that their Internet Related Business was no longer viable and that they needed to cancel their contract with Kaylu IT Solutions, as the “CK is in the process of being deregistered”. Kaylu IT Solutions therefore accepted their termination request, and processed it accordingly.

Upon further investigation, it has been found that the business is not closing and that the Reseller is still operating illegally and without authority within the surrounding areas of Cape Town. Further information has come to light in regards to the extent of the numerous breaches of the contract by the Reseller, and as such Kaylu IT Solutions has had no choice but to institute legal action against the Reseller and/or its members, as well as all representatives, based on the information that has been collected.
