Kaylu IT Solutions offers their Clients Maintenance Contracts as well as Integrated Services Solutions.
Maintenance Contracts –
Clients have the option to purchase their Call Outs and Maintenance in advance on a points based system. All support is then allocated point values, and when support is required, it is deducted from their original point purchase. Any unused points are carried over for a period of one month only, and are not redeemable for hardware products. The number of points purchased are re-assessed every 3 months and altered accordingly.
Should the Client require more points than originally purchased, the additional points used will be included on their next support invoice at the same rate as the original point purchase.
These contracts can be joined to an Integrated Services Solution.
All Clients that are on active Maintenance Contracts receive the following additional benefits-
- Discount on Certain Hardware Lines and Networking Installations.
- May qualify for Free Internet Services.
- Receive Priority support over non Contractual Clients
Integrated Services Solutions –
Clients that require a number of related services can place them all under an Integrated Services Solution (ISS). These solutions are custom made to suit the client’s specific requirements and expectations. Internet services and products can also be added to an Integrated Services Solution.
ISS contract clients receive the same benefits as the maintenance contracts, plus they recieve additional discounts on certain items.
